1. All prices on Yokohama Trading International Co,. (YTI) Website are FOB.
2. Freight, Insurance (if required), Shipping Agent Fee, BL Fee, DHL Charges, THC, Vanning and Repair will be charged in addition to the FOB price.
3. Year and Month mentioned for the cars are date of First Registration in Japan.
4. Inspection will be charged separately (if required).
5. Vanning, Dryage and THC will be charged additionally, if shipment is made by container.
6. Any other additional cost will be added to the invoice.
7. Credit facility is not available.
8. Without 50% of invoice value car will not reserve.
9. For special car orders, Minimum 50% of target value have to be sent as security deposit.
10. Customers are requested to settle advance payment latest by "Payment Date" mentioned on the Pro Forma Invoice. In case where payment is delayed Yokohama Trading International Co., reserves the right to cancel the order.
11. Any advance payment which is received after the "Payment Date" as per Pro forma invoice can either be refunded (we deduct transfer charge) to the client or adjusted against a new order.
12. Vehicle shipped only after we receive 70% of payment. 30% must paid within 7 days of carrier sailing date.
13. The payment must be credited in the account of Yokohama Trading International Co., TT copy must send to us by Fax or Email for confirmation.
14. Original B/L and other export related documents shall only be sent over after receipt of full or remaining balance payment.
15. Cancellation of bought vehicle(s) are not allowed. For special cases cancellation fee will add.
16. All cars displayed on this site is as it is condition. Customer must make all inquiries before payment. Yokohama Trading International Co., are not responsible any kind of damage and defects of cars. Yokohama Trading International Co., will not give any kind of warranty or guarantee for listed cars.
17. Yokohama Trading International Co., will not be liable for more than the invoice price of the cars.
18. Yokohama Trading International Co., must receive full invoice amount without any bank deductions. All bank charges must be born by the buyer.
19. If payment is delayed then all expenses occur on vehicle due to delay such as storage charge or re inspection will be borne by the buyer.
20. Consignee and notifying party changes are allowed only in certain conditions with charge.
21. Customer will be responsible to confirm the import law and costumes duties with the authorities in your country before you make a purchase from us. Yokohama Trading International Co., will not be responsible for any claim related with such rules.
22. All customers should send the payments only to Yokohama Trading International Co,. account.
